Hi, I’m Katie—the ceramic storyteller behind Graze n Glaze.
I’ve taken my love of art, nature and boho beauty and woven them into something special: romantic, luxury picnic setups where couples can relax, reconnect, and create something meaningful together.
Whether you're planning a proposal, celebrating an anniversary, or just want a magical night out of the ordinary—I’m here to make it effortless and unforgettable.
No stress, no cooking, no fuss—just you, your person, a sky full of stars, and a hand-painted memory to take home.
Set up
We bring all the picnic equipment to your location of choice and set it up ready to party.
Take Down
After the event, at an agreed time we will come to clear down and take it all away again.

We can be flexible with times and have some paid extras to make it really unique.
The Experience – £200
Each Graze n Glaze picnic is designed to feel like a little pocket of magic—just for the two of you. For £200, you’ll enjoy a beautifully styled private picnic set up in a location of your choice across West Sussex, Surrey, or Hampshire. I’ll take care of everything: elegant décor, luxe tableware, plush cushions and blankets, and thoughtful floral touches to set the scene. You’ll also receive a handcrafted ceramic keepsake made by me, still or sparkling water, and a full setup and pack-down service—so you can simply show up and enjoy.
This is all about slowing down, connecting, and creating memories that last far beyond the sunset.

If you're dreaming of a “yes” that feels like a fairy-tale I’m here to help you set the scene.
Think candlelight, wildflowers, soft textures, and magical details… exactly the way I would want to be proposed to.
I’ll create a romantic, private setup with custom décor, full planning support, and optional photographer recommendations—so you can focus on the moment.
After the big YES, celebrate with a bottle of bubbles and paint a piece of pottery together to remember the occasion. A keepsake made by your own hands, filled with love and laughter.

Business & Pleasure Umbrella if wind is under 10MPH. We do not put our umbrellas up if the wind is over 12MPH
Add a Little Extra Magic
If you’d like to personalise your experience even more, there are plenty of beautiful extras to choose from. You might want to extend your time—add 30 minutes for £30, or a full extra hour for £60—to really savour the moment without feeling rushed.
For evening bookings, you can add soft night lighting with fairy lights, lanterns, and candles from £20, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere as the sun goes down.
Feeling creative? Add a bisque-fired pottery piece to paint together during your picnic, starting at £30. Choose from mugs, plates, planters, mini shrines, or sharing platters—all handmade by me. Paints, brushes, and a little guidance are included, so no experience is needed—just a splash of love and imagination.
I also offer beautifully bundled upgrades like the Romance Package, which includes fresh flowers, extra time, night lights, and bubbles—or the Creative Lovers’ Kit, designed for couples who want to create something together and take home a one-of-a-kind memory. And if you’re planning to pop the question, the Proposal Package brings everything together in one magical moment, with décor, photographer recommendations, celebratory touches, and a pottery keepsake to paint together after the big “yes.”
